This piece of beautifully marked ripple Sycamore has been turned to reveal the outer shape of the tree trunk. The bark would have been attached along the rim of the bowl with the bottom of the bowl being towards the centre of the tree trunk. The bowl has a high gloss finish achieved, by hand, using a natural wax polish and would make a lovely centre piece to any table or sideboard.

Approx. 12” diam x 2.5” to 3.5” high.
