Turned from a beautiful Oak Burr this piece contains a small bowl sited within the confines of the larger piece of wood.

The bowl has been hand turned, sanded and then polished using a natural wax to give a soft sheen all over. The lovely colour, grain and texture of the burr wood can be seen both within the bowl and on the wood surrounding it. The edge of the form and its underside show the shape of the burr as it was when it was attached to the tree.

Length approx. 9” x width approx. 6” x height approx. 1.5”. The bowl is approx. 4” in diameter.

Being finished with a wax polish this item is only suitable for dry goods.
