Whilst not a large piece of wood the unique markings and associated spalting make this piece stand out amongst the crowd. The colours are not done justice by the photograph (sorry !) and range all the way from yellow through brown to black. The leopard effect of the spalting is stunning. The item has been polished with a natural wax to give a gloss finish.

Approx 5” diam x 4” high.
